How long does the shipping take and what are the shipping costs?
Witchy Rocks ships parcels and mailbox packages throughout Europe as well as Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, United States with various shipping companies.
In your shopping cart you will find an overview of the shipping costs.
Witchy Rocks ships orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Standard Shipping
Shipping in Spain 6,50€ up to 50€ value of goods - from 50€ free of charge.
Shipping in Europe 8,99€ until 99,99€ value of goods - from 100€ free of charge
Shipping outside Europe 12,99€ until 200€ value of goods - from 200€ free of charge
Express shipping
Shipping in Spain 14,99€
Shipping in Europe 32,99€
Shipping outside Europe 57,99€
Each shipment is provided with a tracking code and will be notified by email after shipment.
Shipping times depend on the country to which the goods are to be delivered and the shipping method you have chosen for your order.
Special orders will take longer to ship, as we take an average of 7 - 18 business days to fulfill the order.
All orders are shipped from Spain - Europe.
Estimated shipping times normal tracking shipping:
within Spain 1-2 business days
within Europe 5-7 working days
outside Europe 7-14 working days
Estimated shipping times for express shipping:
within Spain 1-2 business days
within Europe 2-3 working days
outside Europe 3-4 working days
During the Christmas season or on certain occasions, shipping times may be significantly longer due to the shipping service provider. Witchy Rocks is not responsible for this.
All customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer, Witchy Rocks is not responsible for any additional costs or delays due to customs clearance.

For custom orders:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when a custom order is confirmed, payment must be made immediately (via PayPal or bank transfer). The amount is always in Euro (European currency). The final payment of an order must be made within 7 days after the completion of the order (after receiving the pictures of the final result). A custom order cannot be refunded or returned.
*Please note that these are average delivery times in business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
We will keep you updated on the status of your order via the email address you provide.
Pre-orders and out-of-stock products:
Note: Products that are temporarily out of stock but can be pre-ordered will have different delivery times. If any of the products are out of stock, the estimated delivery date will be indicated on the website.
Witchy Rocks ships to real, residential addresses only. We do not deliver to post office boxes or pick-up locations. In the event of a return of an order where the original address was incorrect, the recipient will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
RETURN
Are the products not to your liking? Then you can easily get a refund.
Once we receive and check your products, we will process the order and refund you within 14 days.
You can return products only if:
they are unused and in their original packaging.
the order was received no more than 30 days ago.
Individual sets or sets in general can be returned only as a complete package!

IMPORTANT!
Please note that for customs reasons, we cannot accept returns from outside the European Union. If you send a package to us from outside the EU, it will automatically be returned to the sender.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your product. If you would rather receive a different product, return the product and then place a new order on the website.
